Choose the website template that best suits your style, pick your design date, and secure your day by paying your invoice. choose a template that matches your current branding or switch up your vibe with something different! Up to you! Once you’ve completed your purchase your date is locked in. We will follow up with confirmation and what to prepare. Spots are limited monthly, so be sure to secure the best date for you.

complete your homework

following your purchase, within two business days you will receive your client welcome guide, our contract, and our questionnaire. Please be sure to have this filled out completely before 72 hours prior to your design day. We will also be in contact and are available to answer any questions leading up to your day!

design day is here!

on your design day, you must be available to approve pages and edits. ALl communication is done hourly via email. We start at 9:00 am EST and will have your first email to you by 11:00 am to approve your home page and other elements. By 6:00 pm EST you will have an entire website reflecting your brand! This includes personalized SEO and mobile optimization.

Offboarding time

We end the day by handing everything off. We will also provide you with a full video walkthrough of your site and video tutorials on the basics of Squarespace, how to publish your site, and how to transfer your domain! You will not have to feel alone in this process and feel free to reach out afterward if you have any questions. We’re cheering you on! 🍾

  • We need your full branding guide before getting started. This will include logos, watermarks, secondary logos, color palettes, typography, etc.

    We ask that you also hold a web license for your fonts related to your branding.

    Things we also recommend collecting beforehand are headshots, testimonials, your service descriptions, etc. But don’t worry, we also include everything we need in your detailed questionnaire.

    Please have everything submitted to us in full at least 72 hours before your design day.

  • No! We tailor each website to each business individually. We make sure that your personality shines through, as well. Your personal branding also is a KEY feature and will set you apart from the rest.

  • We start our Design Days at 9:00 am EST. You will receive your first approval email by 11:00 am EST at the latest to approve the first drafts of pages. We end the day by 5:00 pm EST when we hand everything off. In our off-boarding, we include personalized video walkthroughs of your site as well. To stay on track, we ask that you answer emails within one hour of receipt.

  • Yes! Please choose a day that you will have availability or can make yourself available on that date. We ask that you respond to emails with feedback within one hour of receipt. This keeps everything running smoothly on both ends! :) All communication is done via email.
